Terms of Service
1. Purpose
These Terms govern your use of the content publishing service, memberships, advertising SaaS, social platform integrations, and any other services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Noleji.ai ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Definitions
- "User" — any person who accesses the Service.
- "Member" — a User identified by email registration, payment, or platform connection.
- "Content" — any text, image, video, audio, or data output we provide.
- "Platform Data" — data exchanged with external platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) connected via OAuth.
3. Effectiveness and Changes
These Terms take effect upon publication on this page or in the Service. We may amend these Terms in compliance with applicable law, with notice posted at least 7 days in advance (30 days for material changes adverse to Users). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
4. The Service
- The Service includes:
- Free and paid newsletters, cards, podcasts, and videos.
- Paid memberships (Weekly Digest / Daily Attachment).
- Advertising SaaS — unified operation of Meta / Naver / Kakao and similar ad accounts (Beta).
- Social platform integrations, limited to scopes you authorize.
- The Service is provided 24/7, with planned maintenance, incidents, and force majeure events permitted.
5. Account and Termination
Your contract with us forms when you agree to these Terms and complete sign-up or connection. You may terminate at any time by unsubscribing or disconnecting integrations.
6. Paid Services, Billing, Refunds
- Paid memberships are billed at the price and cadence we publish.
- Subscriptions auto-renew. You can cancel before the next billing date to avoid renewal.
- Refunds follow Korea's Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Article 17, and, where applicable, EU consumer protection law. Digital content already consumed may not be refundable as previously disclosed.
7. Intellectual Property
All Content is owned by us or our licensors. You may use Content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial reuse, redistribution, or derivative creation requires our prior written consent. RSS feeds and selected free cards may be shared on social media with proper attribution.
8. User Obligations
- You will not impersonate others or use another person's payment method.
- You will not resell our Content for profit without our consent.
- Advertising SaaS Users may only connect ad accounts they lawfully control.
- You will comply with applicable law and these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for force majeure, including natural disasters, DDoS attacks, telecom or hosting outages, and government orders.
- We are not liable for losses caused by changes to external platform APIs (Meta, Google, etc.), throttling, or token expirations, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
- AI-generated Content is informational and is not legal, medical, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for your use of any Content.
10. Advertising SaaS Addendum
- You are responsible for all activity on the ad accounts you connect.
- We will execute only the actions you explicitly authorize.
- Platform policy violations, account suspensions, and ad spend losses are your responsibility. We will provide reasonable notice and pause procedures.
11. Social Platform Integration Addendum
When you connect Threads, Instagram, Facebook, Google, or similar platforms via OAuth, we access and use data only within the scopes you grant in the consent dialog. Details are governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Suspension and Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate access with notice when:
- You breach these Terms or applicable law.
- You have been inactive for 2 years or more.
- We detect fraudulent payment activity.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute will be submitted to the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance, except where mandatory consumer protection statutes apply.
